Hello, Everyone: I have taken the unusual act of asking you to read President Laurel’s full Communique #6. You can find it in the menu under communications/communique/president’s reports.

Laurel’s communique lets us know why our province’s resolutions were not brought forward, what resolution was adopted and the results on the changes to our constitution. I would hope that these issues will be discussed in your own councils and there be conversations on what this means to you. But here is the chance of reading a “source” document.

So, please take the time to inform yourselves on issues important to us all.
