Our Diocesan President, Laurel Phyall represented us at the Provincial AMM held at St. Luke’s Parish in Maple Ridge on Saturday, June 18, 2022. At the hybrid meeting, reports were given; the instructed vote was taken, and three resolutions were passed and sent onto the National Convention. We look forward to an in person Provincial Convention in 2023.
Our CWL Members will be holding a recycled women’s clothing sale in Ascension Church’s parish hall on Saturday, June 25th. Time is from 9:00 to 2:00 PM. Great bargains and even greater value. What is the difference between a brand new pair of jeans and a recycled pair? One wash. Come on down. You know you want to.
