Saanich Peninsula Parish CWL EVENT - Getting to Know Dementia

 Dear CWL Sisters,

 Our Saanich Peninsula Parish CWL is hosting a parish event on Monday January 20, 2025 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm - “Getting to Know Dementia”.  Everyone is welcome to attend.

 This session, hosted by the Alzheimer Society of BC, is a general overview of the disease and allows people to learn more how dementia affects an individual's brain and behaviour. General topics include different types of dementia, stages and progression and dispelling some common myths and some communication strategies.
